Expanded Import
The "multiple people at once" function is great, but as far as I can tell it only allows importing information for the standard fields. I can't get import to work for any custom fields. Which, when I'm trying to import an existing database of 300 people means that custom fields become useless (I don't want to have to re-enter these by hand directly into CrowdSpace).
Is there a way to import custom fields? Am I missing it somewhere?

supply a way to track contact with each individual; It would be good to track calls emails & visits
While I might be able to create a custom field for this. I would really like to be able to track who I have contacted recently. That way I know who I need to call/email or visit.

have space to store a few documents/files
that way various users have access to the most up-to-date documentation for whatever the group needs and can access it whenever they need to...

Put in the ability to select groups from a person and have them display for the person
Create the ability to select groups for a person to belong to from the person's info screen and then have them display when you view a person.

attendance tracking
It would be nice to track attendance by the individuals and also be able to print reports for those individuals.

Default member status...
I don't know if everyone else is like us, but the majority of people we add are not members, so it would be helpful to either make the default status as NOT a member, or provide this option as part of the family creation process, and copy member/non-member status with the address and phone numbers...

Reports/Export needs to be much more customizable
I need to be able to control the layout/design of the reports and the exported information, otherwise I am entering and reentering constantly. I realize that I can export the basic information to csv, but the file then has to have a lot of work done to it (removing fields, etc.) and a lot of formatting to be of use to me. The reports feel like they could be a lot more customizable as well - while I can go into the managing fields area and view all of the anniversaries, for example, it's in a really frustrating format and… more

Increase the cost of CrowdSpace
I am webmaster for a church with 2000+ weekly attendees and which has doubled in the past three years. Given your monthly price compared to FellowshipOne (30x difference), I have trouble trusting that your site has adequate support to handle an organization of our size.

Make the creation of families easier
Instead of only allowing for families to be created through the family interface it might help if it is possible to select the family an individual belongs to from the screen where you are editing an individual? It is tedious to ensure that the right individuals are selected when you create families - using dropdowns it might be easier to allocate individuals to existing families or to quickly add them as the first member of a new family

Add a Rota feature
It would be great to be able to assign members to various rotas and print out those rotas. People could join a team for a specific activity and then be assigned their date when they are next on duty!

Show which fields are optional when creating a group
And when adding group members, the "Edit Members" link is a bit hard to notice.
