The "multiple people at once" function is great, but as far as I can tell it only allows importing information for the standard fields. I can't get import to work for any custom fields. Which, when I'm trying to import an existing database of 300 people means that custom fields become useless (I don't want to have to re-enter these by hand directly into CrowdSpace).

Is there a way to import custom fields? Am I missing it somewhere?

I need to be able to control the layout/design of the reports and the exported information, otherwise I am entering and reentering constantly. I realize that I can export the basic information to csv, but the file then has to have a lot of work done to it (removing fields, etc.) and a lot of formatting to be of use to me. The reports feel like they could be a lot more customizable as well - while I can go into the managing fields area and view all of the anniversaries, for example, it's in a really frustrating format and very easy to miss stuff. We publish birthdays and anniversaries for the week every week for our congregation, so it's a hassle. I love so much about this program, it would just be nice if it was a lot more customizable. Instead of only allowing for families to be created through the family interface it might help if it is possible to select the family an individual belongs to from the screen where you are editing an individual? It is tedious to ensure that the right individuals are selected when you create families - using dropdowns it might be easier to allocate individuals to existing families or to quickly add them as the first member of a new family
